SHAPES
Shapes which are the Sign of Stability & Economy-
Square & Rectangular shaped plots and buildings are considered highly auspicious by all the classical proponents of Vaastu as well as modern day Vaastu Practices. Rectangular shaped plots & buildings should
have a length which is nearly 1.5 times of width. These recommendations are based on the solid principles of building science, architecture , human psychology , economy and laws of nature.
These plots are also called 'AYUDHA'
plots. This brings more fortunes and
riches to the occupants. But, the length
should be in the proper ratio of 2 : 1 to width.
If the length is more than twice the
width, then plots are not auspicious, as there will be imbalance of Cosmic
Energy in the plot. This is the
rectangular shaped plot. The main
entrance is important to this plot. If
the main entrance is not at correct place according to Vaastu, then the
residents may be in trouble, they may always be looking for others' help. Rectangular shape sites are good sites, no
worries at all. But the entrance should
be according to Vaastu principles, we must check the surroundings' Vaastu
before buying the sites. It is important
aspect in Vaastu. The South direction of
this site has to be occupied by others, if not plant trees there to minimize
the negativity from South direction. We
are investing our hard earned money on properties so it is always better to
have one best expert Vaastu consultant advise before taking any decision.

If the four sides are equal like a
square, it is called a square plot .
This is best suited for any
construction.
These plots have maximum magnetic and
Cosmic Energy .
These plots bring happiness, riches and
health to the occupants

HARMONIOUS RELATION WITH HUMAN BODY
Vedic sages recognized that both the arms of a normal human - when fully extended to the right and left of the body - equals the measurement of a human from the sole of the feet to the top of the head. Hence, height and breadth of the human being fits perfectly in a square shaped plot and building. A famous drawing of Leonardo da Vinci illustrates the same theory. His depiction of a man drawn in proportions to fit both a square and a circle was inspired by the principles laid down by the first century B.c. Roman architect, Marcus Vitruvius. A plot or building, which is considered as a live object in vaastu, is in perfect harmony with the size of its occupant when approaching a square shape.
